  1. Superior Sales & Distribution Network
    We have an extensive distribution network of 30 branches, 19 sub-branches across Indonesia with over 1,100 salesmen directly covering more than 100,000 outlets in the Pharmaceutical, Medical and Consumer Channels. Each branch has its own sales operations, warehouse, and delivery fleet and finance control team. Computerized systems allow daily monitoring of salesmen, sales, coverage and effective calls per principal.
  2. Right Logistics Services and Infrastructure
    We pride ourselves in providing superior delivery services and the right storage facilities. Our delivery fleet of trucks and motorcycles achieve good fill-rate and on-time services. This is supported by our automatic replenishment system, order processing using PDA and computer generated delivery reports.
    We use Good Distribution Practices for each warehouse, Pallet Racks, Warehouse Management System for controls and Temperature-Tracking Equipment during delivery of vaccines.

    We have the right Information Technology Systems using SAP/R3 as our base that enables On-line Real Time information and provides a single database for our Website information that allows principals to access sales and stock information daily. In addition, our Executive Information System can be tailor fit to use principal's own sales territory. For our after sales services of medical systems & equipment, we use Sofia Bio software for corrective and preventive maintenance.
